5 red mullets

600 g of tomato

100 g black olives

4 cloves of garlic

3 onions

1 bunch of basil

Pepper

Salt


Preparation

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Wash and gut fish.
Step 2
Peel and seed the tomatoes. Fry them in a frying pan with olive oil, garlic and minced onions.
Step 3
Season and add olives and chopped basil leaves. Simmer over low heat for 40 minutes, until a coulis is obtained.
Step 4
Put this sauce in a bowl and place the oiled and seasoned fish in it. Bake at 210°C (thermostat 7) for 15 min.
