1 puff pastry dough

300 g cottage cheese

4 eggs

100 g flour

Seasonal!!! 
20 g garlic

5 cl oil

500 g of tomato

1 sachet of yeast

10 cl of fresh cream

Seasonal!!! 
1/2 bunch of basil

Thyme

Pepper

Salt




Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 30 MIN
Preparation: 5 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
* Mix the whole eggs, cottage cheese, oil, cream and then add the flour and yeast. Finish by adding very finely chopped basil and garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 2
* Fill the mould with the puff pastry.
Step 3
Spread the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 160°, thermostat 5-6, for 20 minutes.
Step 5
* Garnish with the tomato slices and finish with a little thyme. Bake in the oven at 180°, thermostat 6, for 5 minutes.
