200 g tuna crumbs
6 ripe tomatoes

1 onion
1/2 red pepper
200 g feta cheese
2 eggs
2 spoons of fresh cream

Preparation

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cut the onion and 1/2 small pepper, and fry in a frying pan with a spoon of olive oil.
Step 2
Scald the tomatoes and peel them. Cut them into small cubes. When the onion is golden, add the tomatoes to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, basil and Provence herbs and reduce.
Step 3
When the tomatoes have returned their water, add the tuna crumbs and the diced feta cheese. Let it heat for a few minutes.
Step 4
Beat the eggs into an omelette and add the crème fraîche. Preheat the oven (thermostat 7).
Step 5
Pour the pie shell mixed with tomatoes, tuna and feta cheese into the pie shell, and put in the oven for about half an hour.
Step 6
Serve hot!
