1/2 potimarron

2 courgettes

2 potatoes

1 egg

15 cl of fresh cream

Basil

30 g Parmesan cheese



Preparation

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Brush off the pumpkin (do not peel it), cut the pumpkin into slices of about 2/3 cm.
Step 2
Put the peeled potatoes and pumpkin slices in the pressure cooker (about 8 min).
Step 3
Meanwhile, wash the courgettes and cut them into 1/2 cm thick slices.
Step 4
Arrange the zucchini, potatoes and pumpkin slices in a gratin dish (alternately it is nice but otherwise as you wish).
Step 5
Prepare the "sauce" in a bowl next to it, mixing the egg, crème fraiche, basil and 10 g of parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Put this preparation on top of the vegetables, sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan cheese and bake in the oven at thermostat 6 for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Serve hot.
