4 red peppers in oil

4 dried tomatoes in oil

1 can tuna in oil

White wine vinegar

1 teaspoon of spiced pizza oil

Pepper

Salt



Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 45 MIN
Preparation: 25 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cook the quinoa 20 min as indicated on the box.
Step 2
Cut the peppers and tomatoes into small strips.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients and season with white vinegar and spiced oil to taste.
Step 4
Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Serve over a green salad.
