150 g lamb's lettuce

2 tablespoons of pine nuts

2 soft-boiled eggs

100 g mushroom

10 dried tomatoes in oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Garlic

Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Wash the salad, drain it, put it in a bowl.
Step 2
Grill the pine nuts, put them on absorbent paper.
Step 3
Sauté the mushrooms with the basil and garlic.
Step 4
Drain the dried tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
Step 5
Cook the eggs so that they are soft.
Step 6
Season the salad with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, shallots, salt and pepper. Mix, add pine nuts, tomatoes, mushrooms, re-mix.
Step 7
Divide into 2 (or more depending on the desired amount) plates, and place the soft-boiled egg on top. Pierce it and let the yellow run.
Author's note
I sprinkle beer yeast on top of it and it's so good!
