4 slices of smoked salmon
8 fresh goat cheese
1 zucchini
2 teaspoons cornstarch
50 g grated gruyère cheese
Basil
1 tablespoon olive oil

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7)

Blend in a blender until a nice foam is obtained:

- the salmon

- the zucchini
Step 5
- the goat
Step 6
- Gruyère cheese
Step 7
- the cornstarch
Step 8
- basil
Step 9
Oil the bottom of an ovenproof dish, spread the mousse on it (or make small individual dishes...)
Step 10
Leave to cook for about 20 min for a single dish... less time of course for individual dishes (check the cooking with the tip of a knife)

Serve this mousse with a good green salad or small tomatoes....
