800 g pork sautéed
Filet mignon, or other piece at your convenience
1 bunch of coriander
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped
1 cl soy sauce
1 cl noilly prat or martini or similar wine
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 red pepper
1/2 smooth cabbage
25 g butter
Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 2H45
Preparation: 2h30
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Degrease the pork sauté if necessary (with a good knife remove all the fat from your meat).
Step 2
Prepare your marinade, mix all the ingredients above, except the curry and save 1 pinch of chopped coriander for the end of the recipe.
Step 3
Put the meat in the marinade, mix well, cover well, and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Step 4
Meanwhile, wash the cabbage, cut it into strips, blanch it for 5 minutes, then drain it and let it cool to room temperature.
Step 5
After marinade time, drain your meat and keep the marinade.
Step 6
Melt the butter in a wok (if possible), and add the meat gradually so that the meat is browned over very high heat, and does not make water.
Step 7
When all the meat is cooked (very quickly), add the marinade, curry and chopped coriander as well as the cabbage, mix, continue to heat so that the cabbage is very hot.
Step 8
Serve with flavoured rice (Thai).
Step 9
You can add soy sauce to your plate if you like.
