8 sheets of brick

4 scallops

8 basil leaves
For the marinade:

1 chilli pepper

1 lime

Garlic



Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Place the scallops on a shallow plate. Chop the chilli pepper, chop the garlic and sprinkle over the nuts.
Step 2
Squeeze the lemon juice, drizzle over the nuts. Put a plastic film on and leave to marinate for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Place 2 sheets of brig on top of each other, and brush them with oil. Place a basil leaf, 1 sponge nut and again a basil leaf on top.
Step 4
Close the brick sheets in small packages.
Step 5
Put in a hot oven (200°C - th6/7) for about ten minutes.
