150 g other small pasta

180 g shrimp

180 g scallops

90 g courgette

70 g tomato

2 cloves of garlic

basil leaf

Olive oil

Parmesan cheese

Pepper

Salt


Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and marinate them in olive oil, chopped basil and finely chopped garlic cloves
Step 2
Lightly salt and pepper
Step 3
Cut the shrimp in half, season lightly with salt and pepper, and grill (until golden) in olive oil and set aside.
Step 4
Same operation with the shells (cut them in half if they are too big), set aside
Step 5
Cut the courgettes into small cubes and brown them as before and set aside
Step 6
Cook the farfallines 8 min in salted water
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180°C (TH6)
Step 8
In an oiled ovenproof dish, put half of the drained pasta on the bottom, then spread the tomatoes, shrimps, shells and courgettes evenly.
Step 9
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cover with the rest of the pasta
Step 10
Sprinkle again with parmesan cheese and add a little basil
Step 11
Put in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, serve hot.
