1 shortcrust or puff pastry

200 g smoked salmon

3 eggs

20 cl of milk

20 cl of fresh cream

Pepper

chopped basil leaf


Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 35 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Roll out the dough in a pie pan. Spread the salmon cut into strips on top.
Step 2
Beat the eggs, milk and cream with a fork. Season with pepper and add the chopped herbs. Pour the mixture over the pie.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 210°C (thermostat 7) for 25 minutes.
