Seasonal!!! 
6 cooked and peeled shrimps per person

80 g spaghetti or linguine per person
For the spicy pesto:

400 g peeled tomato in juice

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

Seasonal!!! 
1/2 bunch of basil

50 g grated parmesan cheese

Seasonal!!! 
2 cloves of garlic

4 tablespoons of olive oil

Cayenne pepper (dosage to taste:))

Pepper

Salt

Grated Parmesan cheese to serve

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Prepare the pesto:
Step 2
Pour the peeled tomatoes and their juice, concentrate, basil, parmesan cheese and garlic cloves into the blender.
Step 3
Mix until you obtain a homogeneous sauce. Add the olive oil, then season with salt, pepper and chilli to taste.
Step 4
Marinate the shrimp in this pesto.
Step 5
Just before serving, cook the pasta. It is better to keep them firm, as they continue to cook in the sauce.
Step 6
Meanwhile, heat the pesto with the shrimp over low heat.
Step 7
Mix the pasta and sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and serve.
