4 rice sheets
400 g salmon
4 spring onions
1/2 cucumber
1 lemon (green)
2 sprigs of basil

Step 1
Cut the salmon into thin slices. Put it in a dish and sprinkle them with lemon, salt and put them in the fridge.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices. Peel and slice the onions.
Step 3
Rinse and chop the basil.
Step 4
Wet and place the rice sheets on a clean cloth.
Step 5
Place the salmon, then the cucumber rings, then the chopped onions and finally the basil.
Step 6
Fold the right and left sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll it over itself.
Step 7
Wrap them in plastic wrap, put them in a cool place until ready to serve. Then cut them at an angle.
