2 tomatoes

1 jar of 0% chavroux (or other fresh goat cheese)

1 small jar of tapenade

Basil

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cut a tomato hat, empty them, salt the inside and let them drain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing:

Mix with a fork the fresh goat cheese, basil and tapenade. The amount of tapenade depends on the flavour you want to bring out the best. The more there are, the less you smell like a goat.
Step 4
Stuff the tomatoes, add the small hat, cook at about 200°C for about 30 minutes.

Serve with a green walnut salad or basil pasta.
