100 g butter

1 pinch of salt

300 g bacon

400 g county cheese

2 spoons of olive oil

3 onions

Mustard

Basil

20 cherry tomatoes

- Shortcrust pastry:

Mix the flour, water, butter and salt in a bowl to make a shortcrust pastry.

Roll out the dough obtained in mini-tartlet cookie cutters

Brush the pasta bases with mustard using a kitchen brush.

Cut the onions into strips and fry them in a little olive oil to make a confit.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
