Tomato and goat cheese tart tatin

Number of people

15 tomatoes (preferably elongated)

250 g goat cheese

1 roll of puff pastry

Basil (quantity depending on taste!)

Olive oil

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes by placing them in boiling water for a few seconds. Cut them in half and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Grease an ovenproof plate well. Arrange the tomatoes on top, salt lightly. Bake in the oven (thermostat 7-8) for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Oil a missed mold. Place the tomatoes in the bottom. Cover with basil.
Step 4
Arrange the sliced goat cheese on top of the tomatoes, then the puff pastry, gathering the edges as in a tarte tatin.
Step 5
Cook 45 mn at thermostat 7-8 .
Step 6
Remove from the pan and serve hot like a tarte tatin.
