500 g ripe tomatoes

3 potatoes

50 g fresh sorrel

1/2 carrot

Butter

Basil or fresh parsley

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Wash and peel the tomatoes. Seed them, cut them into quarters.
Step 2
Peel and finely grate the carrot. Peel and dice the potatoes.
Step 3
Rinse the sorrel.
Step 4
Put the vegetables in a pot, cover with 1.5 l of salted water and bring to a boil. Let it cook for about 25 minutes.
Step 5
Grind the soup and adjust the seasoning. Whisk in a piece of butter and serve sprinkled with basil or chopped parsley.
