600 g of tomato

1 shallot

20 cl of fresh cream

2 vegetable stock cubes

10 g butter

6 basil leaves

Pepper

Salt

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Boil the tomatoes, peel them. Chop the shallots. Brown them in a little butter.
Step 2
Mix 1 litre of water with the broth cubes in this preparation. Simmer for 20 minutes. Mixer. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Stir two thirds of the fresh cream into the cream. Cover with the remaining liquid cream and add the chopped basil on top at the last minute.
