6 gutted trout

6 tablespoons of oil

3 tomatoes

3 lemons

1 onion

1 teaspoon of thyme

6 basil leaves

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Step 2
Place the trout on 6 sheets of oiled parchment paper.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes, lemons and onion into rings and spread over the fish.
Step 4
Sprinkle with olive oil, thyme, chopped basil, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Close the papillotes tightly and put them in the oven for 20 minutes of cooking.
