6 hamburger buns
3 cans of tuna in oil
6 slices of hamburger cheese (or Gruyère or comté)
5 fresh goat cheese
2 eggs
5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons candied onion (a little sweet)
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tomato
6 salad leaves
Pepper
Salt

Step 1
Mix the drained tuna crumbs, crushed goats, eggs, breadcrumbs, candied onions and mustard until well mixed.
Step 2
In each roll, place two soup spoons of the mixture in each roll to make a kind of steak. Place a salad leaf, a slice of tomato and cheese on top and close the bread.
Step 3
Wrap each burger in a sheet of aluminum foil (this allows the bun to keep its softness).
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.

Have a good tasting!
Author's note
Sweet candied onions give a lot of taste to the mixture. If you like it, don't miss it: they bring real added value to the taste! If you don't like them, you can replace them with ketchup that you can spread on the bottom of the bread.
