For the salad:

Seasonal!!! 
400 g tuna

250 g brown rice

4 eggs

2 apples, diced

2 sticks of celery
For seasoning:

6 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Seasonal!!! 
1 teaspoon dried basil

Seasonal!!! 
1 pinch dried oregano

Seasonal!!! 
2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Step 1
Cook the brown rice.
Step 2
Cook the eggs and dice the egg whites.
Step 3
Cut the apples into cubes as well.
Step 4
Cut the celery sticks into pieces.
Step 5
Crumble the tuna.
Step 6
Mix the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 7
Mix the seasoning ingredients separately, then pour them into the bowl.
Step 8
Mix it all together. That's it! That's it!

Add salt and pepper according to your preference. You can also let the salad rest in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes if you prefer to eat it cold!
