1/2 cauliflower

1 roasted red pepper
4 dried tomatoes
1 small box of chickpeas
100 g smoked salmon
3 tablespoons of cottage cheese
1 lemon

Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 25 MIN
Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the cauliflower 10 min in the pressure cooker.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and set aside.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the cottage cheese with the lemon juice.
Step 4
Season and add the finely chopped white onion, grilled red pepper and dried tomatoes (and drained of their oil) in small cubes, chickpeas and salmon.
Step 5
Mix everything together and add the crushed cauliflower half with a fork.
Step 6
Fill the hollowed out tomatoes with the mixture and decorate with a shrimp and basil leaf.
Step 7
You can serve this dish with mimosa eggs whose mayonnaise has been replaced by cottage cheese.
