2 cloves of garlic

20 g grated parmesan cheese

2 eggs

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

500 g of tomato

1 onion

6 basil leaves

6 tablespoons of olive oil

30 g butter

Step 1
Chop the garlic and mix it with parsley and meat. Add the parmesan cheese and beaten eggs.
Step 2
Form meatballs.
Step 3
Crush the tomatoes and chop the onion. Sweat them in 3 tablespoons of oil for 30 minutes until a thick sauce is obtained.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, add the chopped basil.
Step 5
Sauté the meatballs in the remaining oil and butter until evenly browned.
Step 6
