1 slice of toasted bread

30 g duck foie gras (block)

5 cherry tomatoes

5 pear tomatoes

70 g mascarpone

1 tablespoon milk

Thyme

Basil

Salt

Pepper

Garlic

Step 1
In a glass, place in a layer:

- pieces of toasted bread
Step 3
- pieces of crumbled foie gras
Step 4
- 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half
Step 5
- some more toast bread again.
Step 6
- half of the mascarpone softened with a little milk and seasoned with thyme, basil, crushed garlic, salt and pepper
Step 7
- 3 sliced pear tomatoes (3 per tomato)
Step 8
- more foie gras again
Step 9
- 2 sliced cherry tomatoes
Step 10
- 2 pear tomatoes, halved
Step 11
- the rest of the mascarpone preparation
Step 12
Put in the refrigerator 1 hour before eating.
