500 g "farfalle" pasta (butterfly-shaped)
100 g dried tomato
3 thin slices of local ham
2 medium sized button mushrooms
4 artichoke hearts in olive oil
12 black olives
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Grated Parmesan cheese
basil leaf
Pepper
Salt

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
While the pasta is cooking, cut the dried tomatoes, ham, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and olives into thin slices.
Step 2
For the vinaigrette:

Mix the balsamic vinegar with the olive oil, add the garlic previously cut into small pieces, salt and pepper.
Step 4
As soon as the farfalle are cooked, add the vegetables and vinaigrette.
Step 5
Serve warm with freshly chopped basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
