8 knackis

250 g wheat

150 g frozen green beans

3 teaspoons of curry powder

Seasonal!!! 
1 onion

3 tablespoons of fresh cream

1 stock cube

1/2 l water

Preparation

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cut the sausages into small slices of about 1.5 cm.
Step 2
Slice the onion and cut the beans into sticks of about 1 cm.
Step 3
Put these ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 teaspoons of curry.
Step 4
Mix well, cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 5
In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add the marinated ingredients.
Step 6
Brown them for about 10 minutes.
Step 7
Meanwhile, heat 1/2 litre of water by immersing the stock in it.
Step 8
Add the wheat to the mixture after 10 minutes of cooking, mix well and drizzle with broth.
Step 9
Let heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated.
Step 10
Season with salt and pepper and add the last teaspoon of curry.
Step 11
Mix well and add the crème fraîche.
Author's note
For a lighter dish, can be served without crème fraîche.
