1 pizza dough
150 g seafood already shelled
12 cl low-fat fresh cream
10 cl apple juice
100 g mushroom strips
1 onion
100 g mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Basil
Oregano
Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 55 MIN
Preparation: 35 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Take the dough out of the fridge 15 minutes before starting, then spread it on the baking sheet and let it rest for another 15 minutes (the baking sheet allows the dough to be cooked better than on the grill).
Step 2
Cut the onion into large pieces and fry briefly in a small amount of olive oil.
Step 3
Add seafood, apple juice and mushrooms, and simmer until almost all the juice is gone.
Step 4
Add the cream, salt, pepper and Italian herbs.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7), do not turn on the rotating heat that would dry the pizza.
Step 6
Slightly prick the dough several times with a fork and fold the edges inwards (to retain the preparation).
Step 7
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then place the mozzarella cut into thin slices.
Step 8
Finally, add the contents of the pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese again.
Step 9
All that remains is to put it in the oven and wait about 20 minutes.

The pizza is quite full, that's more than enough for 1 person.
