3 zucchini

1 small cup of round rice

5 slices of ham

Breadcrumbs

1 egg

Pepper

Salt

Parmesan cheese

Basil

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (th 6).
Step 2
Clean the courgettes, cut off the ends. Immerse them in a pot of boiling salted water, and when they are cooked (but still firm), drain them.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the rice until it is firm.
Step 4
Mix the ham, courgettes and basil.
Step 5
Once the preparation is finished, add the rice, beaten egg and parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper, pour into a gratin dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Step 7
Place in the oven for 25 minutes.

Ideal for children who have difficulty eating courgettes in the traditional way.
