1 puff pastry

200 g diced chicken breast

3 potatoes, diced

40 cl of liquid cream

1 onion and 1 shallot

Garlic powder

Basil and parsley

Pepper and salt

2 sachets of grated Emmentaler, Gouda and Roquefort

Tomato purée

Olive oil

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Cut onion and shallot finely and cook them. Add the chicken breast.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the soil ponms in water.
Step 3
Put in a salad bowl: potatoes, onion, shallot, and add the cream, diced gouda, Roquefort cheese, and 1 full bag of Emmental cheese (see more, according to taste!).
Step 4
Season with salt, pepper, parsley and basil, again to taste!
Step 5
Once the preparation is ready, place the shortcrust pastry in a pie dish and prick it.
Step 6
Then pour in the tomato coulis, and then add the preparation, spreading it out well.
Step 7
Cover with slices of gouda, roquefort and Emmental cheese.
Step 8
Bake, and let it cook for about 40 min, at 180°C (th 6).
