200 g dried tomatoes candied in oil

3 cloves of garlic

Parsley

Orange

5 anchovy fillets

50 g capers

1 puff pastry dough

12 mozzarella (or fresh cheese)

1 egg yolk

basil leaf

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients in a blender one after the other to obtain a homogeneous spread.
Step 3
Serve on toast or bread of your choice with parmesan shavings.
Step 4
Unroll the puff pastry and cut spoons into it following the contours of a real spoon.
Step 5
Place the dough spoons on a sheet of baking paper and brush with egg yolk.
Step 6
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 7
Dressage: place a teaspoon of antipasti in the puff pastry spoon, add a mozzarella bead, a basil leaf and you're done.
