Avocado tomato jelly, basil cereal cake

Number of people

1 fresh goat cheese (or two if small)

1/4 red pepper

1/2 small chilli pepper


150 g oatmeal flakes

3 eggs

1/2 red onion
For the tomato jelly:

5 ripe tomatoes

15 cl olive oil (15 cl)

1 clove of garlic

3 good pinches of cumin

10 sheets of gelatin

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 12 h
Step 1
Mix tomatoes, oil, garlic, chilli, pepper, pepper, salt, cumin together until smooth.
Step 2
Adjust the spice of the chilli pepper according to the animal and add a little Tabasco if necessary.

Relax if necessary with water.

Soften the gelatin and dissolve it in a quarter of the preparation by gently heating it.

Oil the ramekins (if necessary, you may prefer to decorate them with cellophane).

Mix oat flakes, eggs, red onions, salt and pepper, basil and milk to obtain a pasty consistency.

Spread small doses to form small patties in a hot frying pan with a little olive oil.

Serve the warm patties, possibly decorated with a slice of cucumber with the jelly blanks removed from the mould.
