2 bouquets of basil

50 g Parmesan cheese

10 cl olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons flour

4 eggs

1 can unsweetened condensed milk (410 g)

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Mix in a blender basil leaves + garlic + parmesan + oil to obtain the most homogeneous paste possible.
Step 2
Beat eggs in a bowl; add flour and condensed milk.
Step 3
Add basil paste, salt, pepper. Oil a cake dish (or crown).
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 5
Cool, then put in a cool place.
Step 6
Serve as an appetizer with tomatoes or with grilled meats.
