For the Bolognese sauce:

1 kg of ground beef meat

3 tablespoons of tomato paste

1 whole onion

4 garlic wedges

Step 1
Fry the pressed garlic and finely chopped onions in olive oil with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Brown, add red paprika, bay leaf, thyme and tomato paste.

Stir well so that the mixture is incorporated into the concentrate, add 2 glasses of water, stir and simmer for about 1 hour.

Boil water, immerse the lasagna leaves for about 2 minutes.
