2 sheets of brick

100 g pink shrimp (already cooked and peeled)

2 tablespoons ricotta cheese

2 slices of raw ham

2 basil leaves

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, then "scissor mix" (cut until the shrimp are chopped).
Step 2
Cut each sheet of brick in half, place a spoonful of the mixture in it and fold (simply fold down each corner) and place in an ovenproof dish.
Step 3
Cook for 20 minutes, until the bricks are crispy.
