3 whole eggs

1 sachet of yeast

150 g flour

8 cl oil

13 cl milk

100 g of Gruyère cheese

50 g candied tomatoes

100 g black or green tapenade

100 g fresh goat cheese

Pepper

1 bunch of basil



Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 1 HR
Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Mix the eggs, flour and yeast in a bowl.
Step 2
Stir in the oil in a stream. Add the previously heated milk.
Step 3
Season with pepper, add the gruyère cheese and mix carefully.
Step 4
Add the tapenade, crumbled goat cheese, chopped candied tomatoes and chopped basil.
Step 5
Pour into a buttered cake pan and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 6
Check the cooking with a knife, stick it in the cake. If it is cooked, the knife comes out clean.
I add my grain of salt
