Cake with bacon and parmesan cheese

150 g flour

50 g cornstarch

1 sachet of baking powder

5 eggs

3 fresh white onions

100 g grated parmesan cheese

200 g bacon

3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil

2 tablespoons of 15% M.F. fresh cream

3 tablespoons ground dried basil

For the preparation of the cake it is necessary:

1) In the first bowl, mix the cornstarch, flour, baking powder and parmezan for a good homogeneity of the mixture.

2) In the second bowl, break and pour in the complete contents of the 5 eggs. Beat everything together to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the two tablespoons of crème fraiche, those of rapeseed oil and finally the ground basil. Beat everything a second time to mix well.

3)In the pan, brown the bacon and small onions peeled and chopped beforehand without adding fat. Cut the cooking before the bacon roasts so that they do not lose their softness.

Drain the bacon and onions and place them on sopalin leaves so that as much fat as possible is absorbed.

4) Pour the first bowl (the one containing the flour...) into the second in small quantities while mixing at the same time. Once the dough is well homogeneous, pour the bacon and onions into the dough and mix to distribute it evenly.

5) Pour the final mixture into a buttered and floured cake pan

6) Put in the oven for 40 minutes at 175°C
