60 g flour

60 g cornstarch

1 sachet of yeast

3 eggs

15 cl milk

5 cl olive oil

1 zucchini

2 carrots

1 onion

1/4 pepper

2 tomatoes

50 g grated gruyère cheese

50 g grated county cheese

Salt

Pepper

Herbs of Provence

Coriander

Chives

Basil

Garlic (choice of garlic)

Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Mix the flour, cornstarch and yeast.
Step 3
Add the eggs, mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture and then add the milk and oil.
Step 4
Cut the vegetables into small cubes (several sizes for a better distribution in the dough). Add the vegetables to the mixture (mix well).
Step 5
Add spices to taste. Add the Gruyère cheese and the county. Mix well.
Step 6
Butter and flour the cake pan.
Step 7
Pour the mixture into the oven and bake in a hot oven for 40 to 55 minutes, depending on your oven.
Step 8
Here it is, it's ready! To be enjoyed with a small salad.
