8 slices of raw ham

200 g goat cheese

1 briquette of fresh cream (20 cl)

4 lasagna sheets

2 onions

Basil

Pepper

40 cl of tomato sauce



Preparation

Step 1
Cook the lasagna plates in water.
Step 2
Slice the onions, fry them in a frying pan.
Step 3
Chop the ham in a blender, then add it to the onions and sauté for a few minutes.
Step 4
Chop the goat cheese (still in the blender) with the basil, then add to the ham and onion mixture. Add a third of the cream and tomato sauce, then let it melt for a few minutes, the mixture must reduce to a kind of paste, then remove from the heat.
Step 5
Take the cooked lasagna leaves, cut them in half, then put a tablespoon of mixture in the middle of each half sheet, roll and place in a gratin dish. Do the same for the 8 half sheets.
Step 6
Heat the tomato sauce and pour in the remaining cream. Cover the cannelloni with this mixture. Cover with grated Gruyère cheese.
Step 7
Bake for 20 minutes in a fairly hot oven (thermostat 7/210°C).
Author's note
Perfect to finish off leftovers of slightly dried raw ham and goat cheese.
You can replace the tomato with béchamel sauce for a more "creamy" side.
