Number of people
For stuffing and pasta:

500 g ground meat (pork and veal)

300 g ham

1 onion

1 spoonful of parsley

1 clove of garlic

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano



Olive oil

1 box of canneloni
For the tomato sauce:

2 onions

1 clove of garlic

3 small cans of peeled tomato (3 x 400g)

1 bay leaf





10 cl white wine

200 g of Gruyère cheese

Tomato sauce: chop the onions and garlic.
Step 6
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Melt the onions, season with salt and pepper, add the herbs. Add the garlic. Pour in the tomatoes. Add a tear of white wine (and give a small glass to the stove)

Cook gently, from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

The stuffing: cut the ham into very small cubes. Chop the garlic and onion.

Sauté the onion in a little oil, add the ham and garlic. Add parsley, basil and oregano.

Then add the pork / veal minced meat. Lightly brown and cook. Add a tear of white wine (and give another small glass to the stove)

Let it cool down (in the meantime, the stove can have a third glass).

The dish: preheat the oven to 180°C.

Fill the raw pasta, I use a small spoon with a diameter slightly smaller than the tube. (attention: the number of small glasses absorbed by the cooker has a huge influence on the duration of this operation)

Put a first layer of dough on. Pour a little sauce. Make a second coat. Pour in the sauce.

Put the gruyère cheese in and cook for 25 minutes.
