12 sheets of lasagne

400 g of bush

1 package of smoked salmon bacon

1 egg

1 briquette of tomato sauce (1/2 litre)

Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Boil water in a large saucepan.
Step 2
Soak the lasagna sheets 3 by 3 until they are softened and foldable.
Step 3
Drain them on a cloth.
Step 4
Mix the bush with the egg and smoked salmon.
Step 5
Place a large spoonful of stuffing at the end of the lasagna leaf, roll it up to form a cannelloni.
Step 6
Make a sauce with tomatoes, onion, basil.
Step 7
Place all the cannelloni in a gratin dish, cover with the rest of the stuffing, the briquette of tomato coulis to soften the pasta, then the fresh tomato coulis.
Step 8
Put in the oven for about 1/2 hour.
Step 9
Serve with parmesan cheese.
