2 courgettes

4 tomatoes

150 g feta cheese

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Black olives

Parsley (fresh or dehydrated)

Basil or mint or dill depending on taste

1 clove of garlic

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Wash all vegetables.
Step 2
Cut out the 2 respective ends of the courgettes, then cut them out using a long slice cutter.
Step 3
Immerse them in a large pot of boiling salted water for about 1 min.
Step 4
Immediately afterwards, immerse them in a bowl of ice water.
Step 5
Drain them. Gently squeeze them out. Set them aside in a cloth so that it absorbs as much moisture as possible.
Step 6
Meanwhile, cut each tomato into 8 wedges, and each wedge into 3 pieces.
Step 7
Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
Step 8
In the serving dish, place the courgettes, then the tomatoes, then the feta cheese, then the crushed black olives.

Preparation of the sauce:

In a bowl put the vinegar + olive oil + salt + pepper + parsley + basil + garlic.
Step 11
Mix.
Step 12
Sprinkle the dish with the vinaigrette.

Taste it!!!
Author's note
You can replace the feta cheese with mozzarella, do not use black olives. You can also put in raw ham or grey meat and replace the feta cheese with parmesan cheese..... Many variants are possible.... Dare!!!!!
