2 carrots or 200 g grated carrots

20 cl of liquid fresh cream

20 cl of milk

2 eggs

1 small bunch of basil

Salt

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Grate your carrots and chop your basil.
Step 3
Whip the eggs with the cream and milk. Salt this preparation and add the carrots.
Step 4
Butter your dish and add the mixture.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes.
