600 g carrot

60 g butter

2 beaten eggs

1 handful of grated cheese

1 good tablespoon of cream

Chives

Parsley

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 35 min

Step 1
Brown the carrots cut into strips in a little butter, then cover them with stock cubes.
Step 2
Let it evaporate well.
Step 3
Mix the carrots and add all the rest.
Step 4
Pour into a buttered pan and cook in a double boiler in a medium oven for 35 minutes (check the cooking with the tip of a knife).
Author's note
The preparation can be poured into a single dish or into several small ramekins.
