3 chicken cutlets

6 slices of parma ham

3 teaspoons of olive paste

3 dried tomatoes

40 g fresh goat cheese

3 basil leaves

1/2 dl chicken broth

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Flatten the chicken cutlets.
Step 3
Cover them with olive paste, chopped dried tomatoes, basil leaves and diced goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Roll the cutlets and cover them with parma ham.
Step 5
Place in an ovenproof dish. Pour in the broth.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Cut into slices and serve with wild rice and white wine sauce.
