3 chickens

1/2 brick of philadelphia cheese


2 handfuls of spinach in branches




Mozzarella (or grated Emmental)

3 tablespoons of fresh cream about.

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Cut the breasts into pieces of about 1 cm square.
Step 3
Put them back in a little butter.
Step 4
When the chicken starts to brown, add the spinach on top and sweat for 2-3 minutes over high heat.
Step 5
Crumble the philadelphia cheese, add the cream to dilute the cheese. Reduce heat to medium.
Step 6
Add seasoning, grated cheese and mustard. Allow to reduce.
Step 7
While it reduces, spread out your puff pastry, and cut it into 4 squares.
Step 8
When the chicken sauce has been reduced to a minimum (no more than 10 minutes of total cooking time!), place the filling in the squares, and close them in a pocket.
Step 9
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Author's note
An ideal dish to serve slightly faded vegetables. Mushrooms could be a very good option, as well as green olives. If you have any graniture left, it will work wonders with a little rice.
