Chinese noodles with shrimps and vegetables

Chinese noodles with shrimps and vegetables

Number of people

100 g soya noodles

200 g peeled pink shrimp (fresh or frozen)
For the vegetables of your choice:


Green cabbage (or Chinese cabbage)

Black mushroom (or button mushrooms)

1 clove of garlic

1 pinch of ginger

1 pinch of basil

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
In a wok, fry the vegetables cut into small pieces in neutral oil (soya or groundnut), add the shrimp and the 2 pinches of condiments.
Step 2
In the meantime, boil some water. When the liquid is boiling, turn off and add the noodles.
Step 3
Wait 5 min.
Step 4
Pour the noodles into a dish, add the vegetable and shrimp mixture, mix and serve immediately.
Author's note
This dish is tasty, very pleasant and easy. I made it because the movies where you see Asians swallow their long noodles in their little bowls have always made me want to!
