350 g potato

100 g mozzarella cheese

4 basil leaves

70 g flour

2 eggs

Frying oil

Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces and place them in a pot of boiling salted water.
Step 2
Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
Step 3
Mash the mashed potatoes, add the mozzarella, chopped basil and mix well.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
In a saucepan, boil 10 cl of water. Remove from heat, add flour and stir well.
Step 6
Add the egg and mix with a wooden spatula.
Step 7
Stir this mixture into the purée and mix well.
Step 8
Place the preparation in a piping bag and cook the churros in very hot oil.
Step 9
Drain on absorbent paper.
