Cinnamon and curry pie

Cinnamon and curry pie

Number of people

1 puff pastry dough

200 g bacon

200 g grated cheese

1 onion

15 cl thick cream

10 cl of liquid cream

4 bay leaves

2 teaspoons curry powder

1 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon

Step 1
Put parchment paper in a pie dish.
Step 2
Place the puff pastry on top.
Step 3
Then spread half of the grated cheese on the edge of the pie.
Step 4
Take the 15 cl of thick cream, and cover the center of the pie.
Step 5
Cover the thick cream with the remaining grated cheese.
Step 6
In a saucepan: sauté the bacon. Remove the grease from the bacon.
Step 7
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Step 8
Then, put the onion strips with the bacon and sauté them.
Step 9
Sprinkle one teaspoon of powdered cinnamon on the preparation, and two teaspoons of curry, and mix it all together.
Step 10
Add the liquid cream and stir until the cream becomes thick and yellow.
Step 11
Pour the contents onto the pie, and spread it out so that all the pie is covered.
Step 12
Sprinkle with basil and add 4 bay leaves.
Step 13
Put the pie in the oven, at a thermostat of 260°C (th 8-9), for 15 minutes.
