25 cherry tomatoes, washed, wiped

4 whole eggs

25 cl of liquid cream

25 cl milk or 1/2 glass

2 basil leaves

4 tablespoons cornstarch

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 St Marcellin cheese, diced

15 g butter

1 tablespoon dried or fresh dill

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven thermostat 6 (180°C).
Step 2
Generously butter a pie dish with butter. Spread the tomatoes and cheese cubes in the pie dish.
Step 3
In a mixer, mix the eggs with the cornstarch, cream, milk, salt and pepper, basil.
Step 4
Pour the mixture over the tomatoes and cheese.
Step 5
Sprinkle with dill.
Step 6
Bake for about 40 minutes, watching your oven. Serve hot, warm or cold.
