800 g cod (preferably a very thick piece)

1 onion

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 lime

1 bunch of parsley

basil leaf

2 tablespoons of oil

Pepper



Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Rest: 2 hrs
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Rinse the cod with water.
Step 2
Grill the cod in a frying pan or on the barbecue.
Step 3
Desalinate the cod by soaking it in cold water for at least 2 hours.
Step 4
Peel and slice the onion, chop the parsley, cut the peppers and chop the basil.
Step 5
Crumble the cod and mix in a bowl with the onion, parsley, chilli and basil. Add the lemon and pepper.
Step 6
Serve cold with a cucumber salad or rice.
